When you are ready to be attuned, you ask for your favorite Goddesses to come along with you and help you with your issues. For me, I chose Aphrodite and Persephone. Right at the beginning of the meditation, they began to speak to me. I let them know the issues I needed to deal with. They suggested I include Goddess Rhiannon (who I hadn't been attuned to yet), so I did. We went on a powerful journey where I actually felt like I was astrally traveling.
