In this distant reiki attunement, if you are in the US or Canada, we will set up a specific day time for us to do the Attunement. I will call you BEFORE I do the distant attunement (or if you prefer just email you) to make sure you are ready to receive the attunement. The attunement will take about 15 minutes; however I recommend you stay in the meditation after I have completed it to continue to receive the energy to reap the rewards of this powerful attunement. You will know when I have completed my part of the healing. If you are NOT in the US or Canada, all communication will be through email. It is strongly recommended that you pick a time when there is noone around, and it is just you and a quiet room. If you so desire, add some soft music and candles to meditate with.
