I will call you BEFORE I do the distant attunement (or if you prefer just email you) to make sure you are ready to receive the attunement. I recommend you stay in the meditation after I have completed it to continue to receive the energy to reap the rewards of this powerful attunement. If you are NOT in the US or Canada, all communication will be through email. It is strongly recommended that you pick a time when there is noone around, and it is just you and a quiet room.
